"Health Runners of Messenia" Association

The "Health Runners of Messenia" Association (SDYM) was founded in 1985 by a small group of athletes with the aim of spreading the sports fan spirit in the prefecture of Messenia. Today, the Association has more than 600 active members.
The members-athletes of the Association are involved in road races of a few kilometres to marathons and long distances, from official pan-Hellenic championships to international competitions and mountaineering endurance races.
