Brothers Vassilis and Dimitris Pyliotis, owners of the successful restaurant "Poseidon" on the famous beach of Miami, USA, for 9 years, opened Poseidon Oceanview in their place of origin, Kalamata and, more specifically, on Navarinou beach. Based on their valuable experience, they bring the wonderful flavours of Greek, Mediterranean and seafood cuisine to those locals and visitors wishing to visit their beautiful space overlooking arrogant Mount Taygetos as well as the crystal-clear waters of the Messinian Gulf.
The dishes, most based on Greek products but also up to date versions of traditional recipes, bear the signature of the award-winning chef, Dimitris Pyliotis. At the same time, you will be able to travel to other parts of the world gastronomically, with recipes that will pleasantly surprise you.
Poseidon Oceanview is a unique place that will keep you on its premises from 10 a.m. with great coffee, refreshing juices, great suggestions for your breakfast or brunch but, also with interesting ideas for ouzo or snacks until the evening when the time is great for wonderful cocktails or one of the wine labels from its fully updated wine cellar to ideally accompany your meal.
